What it adds
What This Adds to Your Website.

Monitor Important Shopping Paths
Approved product, search, filter, cart, form, and customer service pages are checked for common barriers that can interrupt shopping.
Catch New Concerns
Recurring checks help identify concerns introduced by new products, promotions, apps, themes, popups, and website updates.
Understand What to Fix First
The monthly report organizes findings by priority so the business can review the most important concerns before planning repairs.
Keep Human Review in the Process
Limited findings review helps remove obvious false alarms, while complete manual accessibility and legal review remain separate services.
Standard setup
The $99 setup fee covers one eligible ecommerce website, up to 25 approved pages or representative templates, a baseline automated scan, identification of agreed shopping paths, and monthly report configuration.
Website compatibility
Available for eligible ecommerce websites whose important product, cart, form, and customer service pages can be safely evaluated. Third party checkout and account areas are reviewed for testing access and technical limitations.
Important to know
- This service identifies common accessibility concerns and does not guarantee legal compliance
- Automated monitoring cannot determine whether an entire website is accessible
- The included human review is limited to findings triage and removal of obvious false alarms
- A complete manual audit, assistive technology testing, usability testing with people with disabilities, legal review, and formal conformance assessment are not included
- Website repairs and content remediation are quoted separately unless already covered by another written service agreement
- Third party checkout, embedded tools, apps, and account areas may limit what can be tested or corrected
- Additional websites, more than 25 approved pages or templates, and complex authenticated shopping flows require a separate quote
